London Cup is Sipsmith's premium take on the classis Pimms No.1 Cup. Made using their London Dry Gin as a base, it is then infused with traditional English ingredients: Earl Grey Tea, borrage, lemon verbena, along with several more.
Very fresh, clean and fragrant, the Earl Grey tea comes across strongly, with the citrus elements from the lemon verbena adding a lovely vibrancy. Serve with ice, a touch of Angostura bitters, and a good slug of lemonade.
