Dry vermouth from South London made by two talented brothers, Asterley Bros. Schofield's Dry Vermouth is an excellent upgrade on your standard white vermouth. Made from English white wine infused with a selection of botanicals including mugwort, milke thistle, wormwood and coriander. Crisp, aromatic and very characterful. Lots of bright citrus keeping it very fresh, with a spicy, dry body. Delicious.
