Distilled in the Coffey Still normally reserved from grain distillation, the Nikka Coffey Malt is fresh and clean on the nose with candied peel and Christmas cake spices. It is robust and spicy on the palate, with a brilliant interplay between bright, vibrant citrus and aromatic spices. The oak pokes through a little adding an undertone of toast and orange oil. Fruity, spicy and just brilliant.
