Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey, 45% ABV (6 x 75CL)

Minor Case Rye Whiskey is bottled by Limesone Branch Distillery and named after the founder's ancestor: Minor Case Beam. Yes, that's right. A family member of the legendary bourbon family, Beam, Minor Case was a head distiller until the advent of prohibition in 1920, which forced his to ceased production. He died less than a year after the ban was lifted.

Finished in sherry cask for six months, this brilliant two-year-old rye whiskey is bristtling with notes of honey, cereal, candied peel and dusty oak. Lots of clove, cinnamon and cedar on the palate, with a broad biscuity character followed by blueberry and raspberry. Finishes off with a touch of cacao, then more fruit and spice.
