Hine Rare VSOP Cognac, 40% ABV (70CL)
Lovely and bright, Hine Rare VSOP is the opposite of the overtly heavy and rich old school style of cognac. A blend of around 20 eau-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, varying from around 6 to 12 years old, with many 8 years old. Richer in style than the H by Hine but style very much vibrant and fresh, there is a lots of orchard fruit flavour and a touch of spice. Delicious.
