Clairin Communal Rhum Agricole, 42% ABV (70CL)

Haiti Haiti

Clairin is the name of sugar can rum produced on Haiti, similiar to white agricole rums. It also happens to be the producer of a fantastic range of rums that represent the variety and quality of sugar cane distillation on this famous, secluded little island. Clairin Communal is a blend of four rums from the communes of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St Michel de l’Attalaye. All sugar cane is grown organically, fermented using wild yeasts and bottled at natural strength. Showing beautiful sugar cane purity on the nose, with touches of papaya, pear and herbs. Balancing sugar cane purity and fruit spice on the palate, this is a great rum that will appeal to fans of agave too. Fantastic by itself, it also works well in all manner of mixed drinks.
