Campari (70CL)
Created by Gaspare Campari in the 19th century. A legendary bitters made by infusing 68 bitter herbs, plants and fruits in alcohol, giving a rich, intense and, you guessed it, bitter spirit. Manages to combine a medicinal bitterness, with maraschino and grapefruit flavours with a lovely herbal undertone. Campari is a key constituent of Negroni, but can be drunk straight over ice, with a splash of soda, or long with orange juice, known as a Garibaldi.
