Sourced from the Anaya family's Viñedos Aurora Vineyard in Lodi, just three barrels produced. A beautiful pale, rusted orange colour, with high-toned pure fruit aromas and salty sea spray. Definitely not a fruit bomb, it has plenty of energy and freshness, with honeydew melon notes adding complexity and that saline note following through to the finish. Lively natural acidity ensures that this will pair well with a variety of food, and this is perfectly balanced at only 12% alcohol.
