The 2018 Monreale Catarratto Lu Bancu has a pretty level of fragrant intensity with honey, saffron, sweet jasmine and blanched almond. The wine is thick on the mid-palate with high glycerin, creaminess and some soft sweetness in there as well. Pair it with spicy Tandoori chicken.
