The 2018 Etna Bianco de Aetna is spicy and wickedly fresh, contrasting tropical citrus against notes of ripe peach, ginger and yellow flowers. It’s silky-smooth and pliant in feel, focused on a pure display of orchard fruits and inner florals. What the de Aetna Bianco lacks in depth, it makes up for with its sheer drinkability and refreshing, crisp persona. This is a blend of 80% Carricante, 15% Catarratto and 5% Minnella.
