2018 Chara, Catarratto/Insolia IGP Terre Siciliane, Feudo Disisa (6 x Bottle)
Aromatic with notes of lime, melon and lemongrass. The palate is quite creamy but also has very bright acidity and a delicious note of preserved lemon.

Robert Parker Wine Advocate
The 2018 Chara is composed of Catarratto and Insolia bended in equal measure. This refreshing Sicilian white made in steel tanks has a lot of pear and stone fruit, but it also shows some cut grass and summer flower that underline the warm sunshine that washed over this part of Southern Italy. You might even find aromas of a freshly cut lemon wedge followed by a green olive. This is a lean-bodied wine with some extra cream and fleshiness to pair with a baked cod.
