The 2017 Raza is a blend of 50% Arinto, 35% Azal and 15% Trajadura, coming in with some fizz, 11.5% alcohol, 6.7 grams of acidity and 8.2 grams of residual sugar. It balances out to a fresh and fruity wine that seems dryish and full of flavor. The crisp edge is particularly nice, countering the sugar and the fruit. If you like the fizzy ones, this bottling is always a good example of how to do it well. Once past the fizz, the lingering flavors make it very tasty. Drink it this summer for best results. There were 16,000 cases produced.
