A blend of 55% Sémillon and 45% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2016 Virtu has a lemon and grapefruit-scented nose with hints of fresh straw, green apples and lime zest. Medium-bodied and bone dry with a very zippy line of acidity and oodles of citrusy freshness, it has some mineral notes on the finish.
