Vinous
Bright violet. Smoke- and spice-accented cherry, blackberry and tobacco on the nose, plus a hint of cedary oak in the background. Juicy and focused on the palate, showing very good depth as well as energy to the bitter cherry and dark berry flavors. Turns sweeter and shows a touch of florality on the gently tannic finish, which hangs on with strong, spicy tenacity.
