The 2015 Chablis Villages sees ten months in stainless steel tank. It has a composed and well-defined bouquet of citrus lemon, lime and dew speckled green apples. The palate is fresh and vibrant with delicate white peach notes that just surface towards the tensile finish. What a well-crafted Chablis! This is a good showing from Louis Moreau and comes recommended at the price.
