2011 Julienas, Domaine de la Conseillere, Chateau de Fuisse (12 x Bottle)
Youthful ruby but with a few garnet hints, the nose has a peppery, savoury quality along with sweet black cherry. Juicy on the palate, backed with peppery spice and quite firm tannins. Long and elegant.

Robert Parker Wine Advocate
In their third consecutive bottling dedicated to this seven-acre property, the Vincents of Chateau Fuisse offer a 2011 Julienas La Conseillere that features a juicy amalgam of lightly cooked red raspberry tinged with rose hip. Satisfyingly plush, yet refreshingly juicy, it makes up for its relative simplicity of themes in charm as well as in the saliva-inducing finishing salinity of a long, bittersweet finish. Based on my intuitions and experience with other top-notch wines of its appellation, I anticipate that this one will be best enjoyed by 2016.
