Bright gold with green tints. The nose is full and floral, with Jasmine and honeysuckle blending with peach and pear and some spicy brioche. Medium full and very fine on the palate, it shows excellent balance of ripe, buttery fruit and ripe acid backbone. Asparagus with poached egg tart.
