This offer is now finished – find part two of our summer offer here
For the first part of our Summer offer, we’re celebrating classic wines from regions across France. Whilst it can be easy to only focus on just some of the bigger name regions, this month we also want to shine a spotlight on the wines that show the best of their areas, indigenous varieties and terroir. All from some of our favourite producers, all of whom we work with very closely to bring you the best wines we can find.
Though these wines are excellent across the board, a few highlights include the extraordinarily good value Picpoul de Pinet from Cave de l’Ormarine, which has some lees ageing to give it more body; you won’t find a better Picpoul at this price point. There’s the exceptionally good Pinot Noir from Aubert et Mattieu, a very close match for a Bourgogne Rouge at under £14, and the incredibly drinkable Savoie Mondeuse from Philippe & Sylvain Ravier, perfect to chill lightly before serving with your barbecue on a hot day.
If you want to try across the range, or just know you’ve got some delicious bottles in for a summer day, as ever we’ve pulled together a mixed case of delights from this selection.
