France is where many of us started our adventure with wine. For a country whose history of wine is so long and rich, you would be forgiven for thinking that there cannot be any vineyard yet undiscovered or producer unknown. And yet our searches through the more remote regions of France show there is always something new to be found. Throughout February, we are showcasing some of these brilliant wines from grape varieties and regions less familiar than the usual Bordeaux, Burgundy and Loire. For us, they represent the fundamental joy of wine: discovering something new and delicious.
