Bordeaux 2023 En Primeur: First Releases
As our sales and buying teams are in Bordeaux, tasting the 2023 vintage, the early intel is that the campaign is going to start much earlier than usual, on Monday 29th April 2024.
Pricing could see reductions of up to 30%, which will make them very attractive in today’s market. The last time we saw such price reductions from Bordeaux was in 2019, with many wines selling out instantly.
The best way to guarantee that you do not miss out when a wine releases is to place a pre-order ahead of time. Anyone who registers a pre-order will be prioritised when it comes to allocating. The first major releases, which you can pre-order below, will be:
Ch. Batailley (29th April)
Ch. Pontet Canet (30th April)
Ch. Leoville Las Cases (30th April)
Ch. Lafite (2nd May)
