About this event

Home to some of the greatest wines on the planet, Piemonte is a cornerstone of the fine wine world.

Together we will learn about wine production, historic facts and discover the major wine denominations of Northern Italy’s Piemonte such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba, Langhe, and Gavi. As well as to taste some beautiful wine examples that come from Piemonte's magical vineyards.

To accompany the wines, there will be a selection of cheeses and charcuterie served., provided by our deli shop from Holland Park.

We will cover the following grape varieties and appellations across different producers :

  • Arneis
  • Gavi
  • Barolo versus Nebbiolo - two different experessions
  • Barbaresco
  • Dolcetto d'Alba
  • Barbera d'Alba
